I included that quote to focus on the natural right to restructure a failing government. Yes, that revolution and many others were violent, but not all revolutions are of such nature. I see evolution and revolution as being complimentary, rather than polar opposites.

I stand by the need for a revolution which Merriam-Webster defines as " a sudden, radical, or complete change."
