present in this moment

here, with you

Hello 💚

Thank you for taking the time to read this article. It’s interesting to me that I write an about me article, because I am one who prefers not to attach labels to myself. I truthfully do not know who I am. Yes, I am a product designer and have designed products that you may have already used, but to call myself one, is truly too limiting of a title. One could also call me a writer, a producer, an artist, a philosopher, an activist, an environmentalist, spiritual, a dad to a beautiful 9 month old chocolate brown…

What’s inside your heart cave

With suffering, we are given a gift. We are shown that which we are attached to the most. That which our minds are clinging to the most. With suffering, there are usually moments of despair. Despair that can feel overwhelmingly hopeless at times. Use this moment to make the profane sacred. Dedicate this moment to the act of letting go of your attachments. This moment is full of grace. Great grace. It’s an opportunity to let go of that attachment and ease into liberation from such attachment. To allow healing to flow. To remember your truth.

In the act of…

I previously wrote a 5 step guide on how to effectively use psilocybin to heal yourself. I’d suggest reading it first before jumping into this article. This article builds off of information from that article.

I would like to begin this article with an expression of gratitude for Terrance McKenna, Aldous Huxley, Timothy Leary, Ralph Metzner & Ram Dass. A lot of wisdom lives in their many books and…

Garments of unconditional love

If one does everything mindfully, then it is all the same. Everything is chopping wood and carrying water.

“My daily activities are not unusual,
I’m just naturally in harmony with them.
Grasping nothing, discarding nothing.
In every place there’s no hindrance, no conflict.
My supernatural power and marvelous activity:
Drawing water and chopping wood.” — Layman Pang

“What does one do before enlightenment?”
“Chop wood. Carry water.”
“What, then, does one do after enlightenment?”
“Chop wood. Carry water.”

Do what you do, with no attachment to its results.

Here are garments to remind us that no…

A guide to freedom

Suffering shows us, what our minds are clinging to the most.

Why do we cling so much to that which is so temporary?

Change is inevitable and is constantly happening everyday. No matter where you look, you will see it. The seasons change. Time changes. People change. The environment changes. There are many cycles of birth and death taking place right now, in both nature and society. A child under 15 dies every 5 seconds. About 13.7 million birds die every day. The amount of suffering that exists in these two statistics alone can be unbearable for our human hearts.

What would change?

What happens when we break down the walls of division in our society and see everyone as only us? No rich, no poor, no race, no gender, no us vs. them, just us. Full of empathy and non-judgment. Us can have many variations that are uniquely beautiful in their own right.

If your child was unfairly treated and lost everything that they had, would you walk by them on the street as they asked you for money?

Would you catcall at your daughter?

Would you want to punch your mom in the face if she cut you off in traffic?

It’s truly all ok. A follow up to this article

It is ok and it always has been. This experience is not suppose to be easy. There is a delicate balance of highs and lows taking place right now. Both are happening for our greatest good. Your struggle is not being ignored. Your pain is not taking place in vain. It’s a guide. Truly, it is a gift. The obstacle is the way. If you want to relieve yourself of your own suffering, confront it head on and watch its true nature reveal itself to you.

If a snake was revealed to actually be a toy snake, is it still…
